More About Mariner Realty and Richard Whitney...

I am a professional sales person with almost 20 years of full time
experience in residential real estate in the Seacoast area. Over 75% of my
business are referrals from past clients and customers. I continually seek to
improve my knowledge and skills to bring superior service to my clients and
      customers.

      Why I Sell Real Estate

I got into this business in 1984 for a number of reasons: (a) a desire to be
able to spend more time with my newborn daughter, (b) for the financial
independence and rewards that being self-employed bring, (c) being directly
rewarded for my efforts, (d) knowing that I could do a better job than the
agents that sold me my first home. I have stayed in it for all those reasons,
but I have also come to understand that I can make a very positive difference
in the lives of others. That feeling is best expressed by the following essay by
      Yelena Bonner.

Please read it. I hope you enjoy it as much as I have.
